Spent two nights here in October. The rooms are large enough, but not overly so. I had a room on the north end of the hotel which had a great city view (two entire walls were were glass) and when the sun went down the city view was spectacular. As a travel agent I was not particularly impressed with the staff that checked me in but everything else was fine. I called down at five to have my car pulled around and it was waiting. As a single female traveler I particularly enjoyed the hotel adjoining Macy's Mall. There's also a Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works there as well as other stores and a food court. Overall I enjoyed staying there and I thought the majority of staff were courteous.
It's located main downtown and same building with Macy's. Very clowd and make sure there is $20/day for parking. |
